Welcome and guidance:

On arrival you will be greeted by our property manager. She will perfectly and fully explain the functions of the property and answer all of your queries and requests. A precise inventory will be done and she will give you access to areas and commodities according to your selected service options. She will leave you with her mobile phone number so you can easily reach her with any problems or questions you might have during your stay.

 

Car park: 

Our property is fully fenced. An electronic gate seals the entrance and an open-air parking lot inside the property is at your service for your car, motorcycle etc

 

Bedding and Towels

Holidays are there to relax and to recover. Therefore, here is quality in the field of beds at the top. It was given much attention, to provide high-quality beds, so that the guest feels at home and can relax. The towels are set per person as follows: 1 large towel, 1 medium towel and 1 small towel.

 

Kosten (Gas, Strom, Eneriesteuern etc.):

We decided, in order to avoid complex calculations, to include all expenses in the price of our rent. Gas, electricity, taxes, everything is all set and included. We renovated our home paying special attention to renewable energy. Insulation, solar energy, eco light bulbs, wells and water reducers ascend this home to a certain ecological score.
With this we must also count on you to make sure to turn the lights off when leaving, not just for economic reasons but mainly for energy saving concerns.

 

Shampoo and shower gel:

We invite you to use our lovely range of shower gels and shampoos that are 100% environmentally friendly and not tested on animals. Included in the price of your stay, you will find them in 500ml dispensers in each bathroom.

 

Wifi:

In our home WiFi is free. On arrival you will receive the network name and the password.

 

Washing machine and dryer:

We have equipped our home with a washing machine & dryer. Its use is self-service and we count on you to assemble your laundry. Again, ecologically, it is evident that in summer use of the dryer is superfluous and we invite you to use outdoor clothesline.

 

Beach set:

Seeing as the house is just a few short steps away from the Foximana beach, we offer beach sets for your full satisfaction.The set includes 2 towels / 1 parasol (large sun umbrella) / 2 foldable & portable deck chairs. 

 

Beach toys and games:

We have a selection of various beach activities available for you : 

- Wooden paddleball set

- Frisbee

- Buckets, rakes, shovels, canisters

- Kneeboard

- Inflatable mattresses

- Sports balls

 

Snorkeling sets (masks – fins – snorkels):

This is an expense that we make you avoid, indeed who hasn’t bought masks, fins and snorkels on holiday again and again only to forget/leave them at the end of the stay… Whether from the beach or on the outskirts of underwater cliffs, the water is cristal clear and enticing for subaquatic discovery.You will find sets for children and adults of all sizes. Have Fun! 

 

4 x 1 or 2 seater canoes:

The coastline of Sardinia is unique in its diversity and beauty. With the right weather and a calm sea, strolling along the shore is just breathtaking. You will find beach coves, utterly remote and only accessible by the sea… what a dream! You can also bring along some belongings and food in the specifically designed watertight tubs, for a picnic on the water. All of our canoes are stable & unsinkable, life jackets are also provided in all sizes.
Of course this is an activity to be practised only on calm waters.

 

Paddle board:

The Paddle Board has coming in recent years very fashionable. It combines training and fun.  A type of large surfboard that you stand on, with a long paddle for mobility.A mix of agility & balance, a good workout that you will surely have fun doing. Try it and surprise yourself - a special feeling to balance on the water!

 

Table tennis, bocce ball and table football:

We have equipped our property with a bocce ball playing-area, a ping-pong table and a foosball table. You will find two sets of balls and 10 rackets are available. 

 

Espace cardio-fitness:

Apart from all the house also offers a small gym with cardiovascular - 2 bikes (spinning exercise bike and 1 bike), a weight bench and a set of dumbbells.

 

Cleaning service

A cleaning service at the end of your stay is included in the basic package. However, we ask you to please:

- Remove the sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers and place them at the foot of the bed with bath and beach towels.

  Thank you!

- Leave the kitchen, the outside grill (if used) and the toilets and showers reasonably clean. Thank you!

- Ensure that used cutlery and dishes are clean and put away as they were on arrival. Thank you!

- Empty rubbish bins and remove rubbish to the outdoor bins. Thank you!
