House rules

We strive to etch your stay into an unforgettable memory and for you to feel at home. Although many of the following recommendations are average guidelines we ask you to please respect the function of our concept and take notice of the following house rules :

 

• The entire home is a “no smoking zone”. Because of fire hazards and ecological concerns, we ask smokers not to throw cigarette butts on the floor, instead please use the various ashtrays provided for this purpose.

• All expenses are included, so we ask that you please ensure the lights and the gas are off before leaving.

• Your cars, motorbikes and bicycles must be parked solely in the parking lot located at the entrance of the property.

• It is strictly forbidden to make fires of any kind, the fire hazard being particularly high in summer months.

• If you were to accidentally break something we kindly ask that you announce it when you check out.

• When you check in, a precise inventory will be conducted and an entry form must be signed with your name and the date.

• For use of the car, motorcycles & vespa, we ask you to check :

  • Your liability insurance (third-party)

  • The validity of your driving license

• At the end of your stay please:

  • Refuel the vehicle

• We ask that you take care of the equipment provided and/or leased and store it properly. For nautical and aquatic equipment please rinse with fresh water after each use.

• In order for our home to not turn into a beach we recommend you rinse your feet upon your return from the beach. We have installed an exterior shower for this purpose.

• In deference to the next vacationers, on checkout please ensure that the washing machine is empty, the griddle and grill are clean and kitchen and toilets are reasonably tidy.

• When you leave home don’t forget to lock it.

• Please have respect for: the environment, the local beach rules and the neighborhood. Be courteous and polite with the locals they’ll reciprocate 10 fold.In Sardinia recycling and waste separation is very strict. On your arrival we will show and tell you all about the different bins and what to do with your trash.
