These two family villas belong to the units of the villas complex LE ROCCE in the rocks of Sardinia.

 

The two family villas offer accommodation for up to 6 people. The stone walls offer the residential units a cool and comfortable, simple and not luxurious residential possibility.

 

Both villas have a large living room with a high ceiling , a built-in sofa , a very beautiful , dressed in white walled kitchen. In the kitchen is also a washmashine.

 

A large glass door separates the living room from the covered terrace , from which one has a breathtaking view of the sea and the rocks. There it has enough space for a dining table and deck chairs on which you can take a sunbath. The terrace has a direct access to the beautiful garden with spectacular cliffs where you sometimes get a visit from boars .

From the terrace a staircase leads to the garden to the common hot tub , where you can enjoy the view with a bubbling bath and relax

 

From the living room the way also leads to the rooms and the bathroom , of which one has a view of the garden behind the house .
